2. Specials with specified time blocks (i.e. 8AM to 12PM) includes only those engagements starting after or before the specified time block.

3. Engagements canceled or changed will not be giving rain checks for the special rate if the newly schedule time is not included in the date and time period the special is offered.

4. Pre-booking entails making and confirming reservations by the specified day no later than 11PM local time, and keep the engagement with no changes to time or length engagements.
