There are several methods of screening which I accept. One of the following is required to make a reservation.

#1. Provider References

Provide the name and contact information of at least two provider you have visited with in the past year.

Although I will accept references from an agency, please be aware that often agencies do not give references. As well, any agency or provider given as a reference must be reputable and searchable on the internet to be submitted as a viable reference.

#2. Deposit

Provide a deposit for at least 50% of the final rate of our engagement to ensure your reliability. You have several options to make a deposit. Learn more at http://vanicalove.com/deposits.html.*Note: Those making a deposit as screening are not eligible for the deposit discount.

#3. Personal Screening

Submit ALL the following information for a personal screening

• Full Name

• Date of Birth

• Place of Work and Work Phone Number/E-mail address.

*Note* - Screening usually takes 24 hours to process so be aware that last minute appointments may be unfeasible. If you do not submit all required information, your screening will be delayed until all requirements are met. No one will need to call your home or place of work to complete the screening.

#4. Screening Service

For those who are verified Preferred 411 (preferred), or TER Whitelist, your member ID/handle, and e-mail address can be submitted for screening.

All information is kept completely confidential and used only for the screening process.
